Welcome to MeowTalk! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MeowTalk mobile application (“App”) developed by INNOFUN DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MeowTalk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MeowTalk. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• Sign-Up Process: You may register for an account using your email address or through supported social media accounts such as Google or Facebook.

• Guest Mode: You may use the App in guest mode with limited features.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the App

• Personal Use: The App is for your personal and non-commercial use only.

• Compliance: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or defaming any person or entity.

• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems.

• Data Mining: Using any automated means to extract data from the App.

• Illegal Activities: Engaging in activities that promote illegal substances or activities.

6. Content

6.1 User-Generated Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App (“User Content”).

• License: By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the App.

6.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit any User Content that:

• Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights.

• Contains offensive language or hate speech.

• Is sexually explicit or pornographic.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials within the App, excluding User Content, are our property or the property of our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information about you.

9. Purchases and Payments

• Freemium Model: The App offers both free and premium features.

• In-App Purchases: Additional features and content may be available for purchase within the App.

• Billing: All billing and transaction processes are handled by the App Store from which you downloaded the App.

10. Subscriptions

• Subscription Plans: We may offer subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate any provision of these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

• As-Is Basis: The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INNOFUN DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
